Lynn Fellows has successfully implemented quality Systems including BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety), Soil Association for Organic, IIP (Investors In People for Training / Employee Motivation), SEDEX (Ethical Standards), BEPA (British Egg Processors Association), Laboratory Accreditations CLAS, LabCred and 17025 (UKAS), TLAS (Tesco Laboratory), EFSIS (For Small Business).

  • Many types of food products, both high and low risk including poultry, sandwiches, dairy, ambient dried mixes, produce, bakery.
  • Added 15 extension to scopes to UKAS (ISO17025) laboratory in less than 18 months.
  • Implemented TLAS (Tesco) ISO17025 in 6 months at GREEN pass.
  • Represented the UK at the European Egg Processors Association 2007/10
  • Audited factories all over the UK and abroad to BRC, ISO and Customers Code of Practice e.g. on behalf of Tesco
  • Implemented 26 higher / grade A BRC since version 1, skills updated to BRC v9
  • Have experience of supplying all the major retailers, their code of practices and website specification portals.
  • Designed a microbiologically laboratory which passed Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Scrutiny
  • Turned around several failing laboratories and successfully implemented the Quality System
